Ask Us AnythingHow far in advance should we book?
Spring is our busiest season. Field days and end-of-year parties fill up fast, so we recommend booking 4–8 weeks ahead. For May dates, reach out as early as you can. We’ll always try to fit you in on shorter notice.
How much space and setup do you need?
Just a flat spot about the size of two parking spaces, close to where your guests will be. We’re fully self-contained, so you don’t need to provide power, water or tables.
How many people can you serve?
From a 50-person youth group to an entire school. Tell us your headcount and schedule (for example, grade-level time slots) and we’ll plan staffing so lines move fast.
How does payment work for schools?
We accept purchase orders, checks and cards, and we’re happy to invoice your school or district. We can provide a W-9 and certificate of insurance for your business office.
How do ticket fundraisers work?
We give you tickets or an order form to send home. Families pre-pay through your school or church, kids redeem tickets at our window, and your group keeps a share of every sale. There’s no upfront cost to you.
What if it rains?
Weather happens! We’ll work with you to reschedule to another available date at no extra charge, or set up under a covered area if one is available.
Do you have options for allergies?
Our standard flavors are free of the top common allergens, and we can bring sugar-free and dye-free options. Just let us know about any needs when you book.
What area do you serve?
We serve schools, churches and organizations throughout our local area and surrounding communities. Send us your location and we’ll confirm. Travel outside our standard area may include a small fee, quoted upfront.
